You can just draw this character anyway you want. Maybe with an expression similar to this one. Can you do front views? That might be good.

Yes I know how to put avatars in but I unfortunately cannot put my own avatar on here other then the ones from the Chicken Smoothie list because I am COPPA.
Would you mind if I took this avatar to another site or do you want me to wait until I am un-COPPA and do it on here?

And to answer your question, a COPPA'd person is a person who is under thirteen.
COPPA stands for Children's Online Public Privacy Act. Basically it's just a law to protect us younger people from doing stuff we aren't supposed to on the internet.
The age on a lot of sites used to be 10 years but the law upped it to 13.
I'll grow out of my COPPA-ness in a few months now but until then I can't post in any forums other then Oekaki, I can't send / receive PMs, I can't change my avatar to anything outside of the CS pre-made ones, I can't have a signature, and I can't send messages in trades.
It kinda stinks and a lot of people hate COPPA's but I'm fine with it. I'm just glad mine's almost over.
