2. You may make adoptable, BUT you can't make a new base or sell them for anything more than a recent rare. (By recent rare I mean from 2012-2013)
3. Don't claim as your own.
4. You can make small line edits, add accessories, make your own background, or add shading if you want.
I'd really like it if people actually colored this in, as I worked really hard on this.
