Classification:
Animalia, Chordata, Aves, Strigomorhpae. Strigoformes, Tytonidae, Tytoninae, Tyto, T. elemento

Description of appearance:
Like any member of the Tyto genus, the most striking feature is the divided, heart-shape face. They have the classic proportions as well, with the body being roughly two ‘head lengths’ long. The eyes are also typical of nocturnal owls, mainly being dark in colour. But the feather can be any colours whatsoever, as long as it's based around their elements (see below for possible elements).

Weight:
Females = 700 – 1000 grams. Males = 500 – 800 grams

Length:
28-43 cm for both genders

Wingspan:
70-130 cm for both genders

Longevity:
In the wild, specimens live to an average of 15 years (the oldest recorded was an electric specimen tagged ‘EO153’ from Russia, who lived to 23 years). In captivity, however, it is estimated that the average lifespan may be increased to 50 years.

Magical Abilities:
There are Seven 'Pure' elements that Elemental Owls. These elements are Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Electricity, Light and Dark. So co-dominances can occur, leading to more unusual elements (e.g. Ice).

3. Please don't be too upset if you don't win one. The artists are going to have a hard time judging all of your entries and don't deserve any disrespect.
4. An artist is permitted to dismiss a custom form if they wish. If this occurs, any artist may take up the responsibility of your custom/breeding.
5. WIP forms are permitted. But if an entry date is set by the artist and the forms have been left incomplete, then that artist has the right to ignore your form completely.
