A Lunaire is a large (about the size of a horse) wolf-like creature that you can ride. The first Lunaire was bred for it fighting but as the breeding of the Lunaires progressed, they are becoming more and more friendly. Although they have barbed tails and large teeth, the Lunaire is very sweet. Unless you release it back into the wild that is. Then they become feral and start packs of 11 or more. After that they tewrrorize everything in their way. Lunaires are pack animals and need companions. Males have vibrant pelts, used for attracting females and scaring off rival males. Females, however, are duller but still range through quite a few colors. Lunaires are measured from their withirs in 'hands'. The average heihgt for a Lunaire is 15-17 hands high.
If you wish to have your Lunaire boarded at a stable... then forget about that dream right now! That is because Lunaires live in small forests with plenty of prey and other tamed Lunaires. Also, no matter how far away from you they are they will hear you when you call them. This is because Lunaires are connected to their riders and know when they are wanted. In conclusion, the Lunaire is a graceful creature used for riding and compainionship!
