Very, very loose, rough sketch of her dress...

I can remove the tassels if they don't work with the design. x3
I was gonna do some other stuff on it, but decided to just keep it plain and simple...

Misaka: Even though you know how much I hate plain and simple stuff.

Yeah, well, we can touch it up later if necessary...
