Cavidaes are very defenseless animals, in an attack they are not able to use their teeth or claws being that they are very dull, and never grow. In order to fend for themselves, they use their horns for protection. However on some occasions, a Cavidae's horns may not grow a suitable size for combat. For these unlucky few the only way they can own the protection they need, they must join a pack. Usually the smaller horned Cavidaes are collectors, usually having to collect berries, and other soft fruits that are capable for eating.
Cavidaes have very unusual vision, the color of their eyes is the only color they can see. For example, if a Cavidae's eyes are blue, they will only be able to see shades of blues. With their tinted eye sites they must be able to tell each other apart, this is possible by examining the marking around their eyes. The designs around their eyes are like fingerprints; no two faces are ever the same. These markings are usually very complicated.
Cavidaes are also very decorative animals. Each and everyone of their horns are decorated using any item that they could possibly use like flowers for example.
