Horse...?

I got bored and made an Oekaki.
To color, select 'Pritty Colrz (COLOR HERE)' and click 'lock alpha' on the 'Layers' palette. Then color. This won't work as well for the background. (In fact, it WON'T work.)
Nothing special about it.
