Backstory maybe?

I watched as my mother tended to our white rose garden. I tossed my bangs behind my ear and started to water one of the plants. I wondered how mother always got up so early, to tend to our garden. Did it have a special meaning to her? "Mother, why do you have so many white roses?" I asked. "Well, dear, let me tell you a story."

"It was an old Celtic tale. A prince would give a maiden a white rose, or a white flower, and the maiden would hang it on her dreamcatcher. The rose was told to give you beautiful dreams forever. One night, a stallion gave me a white rose, I was flattered, and later on, he became your father. Now your father watches me, growing flowers for him. For us."

The story was beautiful, I help back the tears when I was reminded of father. "Can father see us?" I asked. "Yes" Neraa, my mother replied. "He's an angel, that's their job, to make sure their loved ones are alright. They sometimes even send messages." I waved to the clouds. "I may not see you, Daddy, but no matter what I love you!" I said, staring at the sky. My mom called me inside. That night I had dreams of seeing my father in the clouds, waving back to me. "Hello, Celtie. I love you. And tell Neraa that I love her too." That night I cried, I help onto the stuffed bear my dad had given me. And ever since that day, I stood strong, knowing that he watched me, and waiting for my prince to give me a white rose.

Celtica has a small family. Her mother, Neraa, who is a gardener, and her sister Abba who is a vocalist and dancer. Her father Lucky Horseshoe is up in pony heaven, always checking on the family. Celtica is very wistful and dreamy. She always dreams about when her prince will come to her. She always prays to her father, hoping that his life is alright. Her best friend is Deriae (Dee-ray) who is very outgoing and fun. At times Celtica can be in as he'll, though overall is an amazing friend and really crazy and fun once you get to know her.

Her theme song is I Know It's Today, from Shrek the Musical.

Darcy was born into a normal irish family, her father would every once in a while would come home drunk, he wasnt a mean drunk but a funny one at that, her fathers name was Wester and his talent was Brewing Beer

Darcy has a little sister named Nymph who dances with her all the time, but that's not her talent, her little sisters talent is painting scenery's. Darcy is always proud of her little sister, her Mother Ava is a stay at home mother, shes also a blank flank and is mostly the quite one
"Oh mum, speak up would ya?"
"Oh im sorry Darling, would you like some Fish and chips for dinner?"
When Darcy first started river dancing it was when she was young like her little sister, she would walk the streets of Ireland seeing many beautiful pony's dancing and having a good old time, she idolized one of the most famous, river danceing, pony's of all, Liliana Mc'Culhoof, how her auburn hair glistened in the sunlight and how her hoofs moved so fast! so Darcy went home and tried river danceing who knew she was such a pro?
