I have several refs. First is the standard Pink Emperor Gum Moth for the wings. Just color and design, basically.

THIS!! I LOVE it! :D If you want critique, perhaps thinner tailfeathers and bigger wings that are wider at the middle than at the root. I don't know, though, as I have no idea what butterfly wings would look like on an owl in real life ^^'
