Got a bit bored so made this!

Flick between each layer to work it, starting with step one at the bottom! so turn on that layer, then turn it off for layer 2 C:

I just pick the color of blue I like mainly dark then I'll use Dodge and burn Opacity usually 1-5 mostly 1-3 make sure to use 1 very carefully when you already used Burn allot if dark patches come just do light spray of another blue and use Dodge over it as well... this is just my way :P XD
