Presenting the dreaded Celtic Water Horse of legend, THE KELPIE!

This is a work in progress kelpie. :3 Should be able to finish it sometime tomorrow.
It's mostly finished now. :3 What do you think I should do for the background?

I think the background should be of a night sky, a sunset, or the trees of a forest.
