@HoundDogPoundDog : Yeah I think it looks more like a fox too, but I realized it after I posted this
@booklover789 : To use lock alpha, click "lock alpha" in the layers box. When the box is checked, it will make it so that whenever you color on a line it will color on that line and pretty much any other lines that are on the same layer. Try coloring my lineart by first clicking the "color here" layer, then click lock alpha and then use the pencil tool and color over the cat fox thing. The color should change from grey to whatever color you chose, it will not go over the lines. :)
Sorry 'bout the lengthy explanation, I wanted to make sure other people reading this will understand too. :3

I know how to color it in using LOCK ALPHA, but how did you make this so that other people can color it using lock alpha?

I just make three layers, first is background, second is color, third is lines. First, I draw the lines on the 3rd layer, then color on the second layer using a random color. That's pretty much it I guess.
When people who make editables color their lines they probably do it so it's easier to color, that way some people don't have to struggle color inside the lines. I'm not really sure if this helps or if I was clear enough, I fail at explaining stuff.
