and GASH that failing shading took about all of the time. Though, time is still off. I believe. I never draw 100% xD

The best thing I can tell you to do is use your own hands for reference. Using a picture is fine and all, but you don't see the three dimensional effect that comes with a flesh one. Break the hands down into basic forms in shapes, like cones, cylinders, and circles. Use a mirror and make the pose that you're going to draw your character in, and see how the hands move/are connected to your body. Then you won't end up with what my art teacher calls, 'sausage fingers'.
