~Currently my 6 months to adopt rule is NOT being reinforced due to lack of stalkers XD, so if you are 5 months or 5 1/2 months you can still apply without being banned. If you aren't sure, just ask and I can give you permission.
~I created a Fan Club so we have a place to discuss future Countries, which current countries are your favorite, and fun stuff like that ^-^
About the Species:
Well, it's not really a species, it is just a horse that can speak like a human and has a nearly unlimited lifespan. Okay, it's a species. I suppose you could relate it to Hetalia, since I kind of based these off it. These horses cannot breed as of yet. One person is currently allowed four CHs(Country Horses, not C+H pure cane sugar) Females are extremely rare in this species, but will show up on occasion. Most have short manes and tails. The real only example of longer manes and tails are on the Females and France. The more popular CHs will be harder to obtain, such as America, for the demand is high. There is only one CH representing one Country.
Rules and How to Adopt:
(those highlighted in green are new)
-Countries with an "Adopt Me!" sign on them are for adoption, those without are already taken
-You must have been on CS for at least 6 months
***See the horse's page that you wish to adopt for information on how to adopt that particular horse
-No whining or complaining if you do not get the horse you want, you have 3 warnings for this rule before I ban you for 1 month.
-You will be banned from adopting for 1 week if you ask how to adopt, as it clearly says how (and anyone who does know this and reads one of those posts, please do not tell them what the rules are, they can figure out the rules on their own)
-If you do not meet the 6 months requirement and try to apply for a horse, you will be banned for 2 weeks
-Do not ask to become an artist unless I have stated on here that I am looking for one
-I will take suggestions for which country to create next, but I won't take suggestions on what it will look like unless I ask for suggestions
-You may apply for as many as you want, and there is no limit to how many you can win in a day (as long as you still have slots open ^-^)
-If you include art in your submission (when not asked for) It will be taken into consideration when I am judging, for I like characters to be used, not just sit around, but it doesn't mean you will win.
