Rat's Name:
Cole.

Personality:
Cole is a shy little rat, and is madly in love with Meeper. His shyness, however, stops him from telling her about his feelings. Cole is quiet and observant with anyone else around him, and doesn't really trust humans or strangers. However, his soft side for Meeper makes him feel quite at home with Meeper and her older brother, Crossword. He looks up to the older male rat like his own brother, and is respectful to his place in the makeshift pecking order. Cole doesn't usually speak up for himself, so Meeper and Crossword defend him when he is in trouble. He owes the two rats who seem to have adopted him into their family, and loves them like family. He would do anything to protect them if his shy personality did not stop him from saying things. But if it came to a life and death situation, he would swallow his fear and defend them with tooth and claw to protect those he loves.

Quirks:
-Cole has a strange obsession with ashes, and he is usually found in front of the fireplace laying or sitting on a special 'X' design in the carpet.
-Cole is in love with Meeper, but is too shy to share his feelings for her.
-Hopeless romantic, but as I have clearly stated he is too shy to share this side of himself.
