Information

Wolves appeared sometime after the destruction and annihilation of the human race on the planet earth. The wolves were not a new species, rather an adaption to the old that had died out after the sun had extinguished.

•Characteristics•
-Glowing markings light the way during flight and provide their bodies with an unlimited power source.
-Wings grew in not long after, but can be tucked away. Wings are a thin filmy like material but extremely durable.
-Fur is short, which is a positive and negative thing. It helps the wolves to be more arodynamic, but at the same time provides little protection against the harsh cold.

-Arial wolves strongest points are their jaws, and their wings. Both are extremely powerful and have to be.
-Lean and stalky
-Intelligent
-Organized
-Brave
-Honorable

•Core Groups•
-They work and move in core teams which are branches of the main group. Each branch is about 5-10 strong depending on the numbers. These other members in the core group are 'family' and treated as such.
-There is no direct leader or chief. All core groups have a leader, and each leader voices the other wolves in his group, almost like a republic or democracy.

•Home Grounds•
-Live on two different fronts located only a mile apart from each other. One is on the war zone in pre-dug tunnels which were created by the humans in WW3 before their extinction. The other is in a cliffside inside the highly adapted forest.
-In the distance of either camp there is a bright orange-yellow light that glows always throughout the night [which now lasts forever]It's a forest of trees, forbidden to visit and impossible. The raw power it posesses could kill any creature within a mile radius.
-This forest is basically the nightlight or the flame that flickers in the unending darkness.

•Breeding•
They only breed when they have found a soul mate. When that mate is found the pair takes off into the sky and does a graceful dance around each other. 9 months later pups are born. Pup numbers range depending on parents. There isn't a large fatality rate, but many have been known to be killed and eaten by the lurking creatures of the night.

•Accessories•
-Goggles are earned by the pup as a right of passage to adulthood. The goggles are unique to the wolf and represent them
-Other accessories such as ear piercings, necklaces, etc. is not found originally on the wolf but you may add some if you desire^^

•Armor•
-Every wolf gets armor, and again each armor piece is unique to the wolf. The armor typically is gauntlets and back leg coverings. Unless the wolf is lead in a core group, will not receive a head armor piece.
-Armor is made up of left over metal from the weapons, tanks and other things left by the humans.
-Armor has glowing sphere's in the same color of their glowing markings.

Personality
Around Sibling She is wild and crazy. Sometimes gets annoyed and always likes to keep her animal of brothers in line. Will always be brave and be the first to check something out.
Around Other When shes around different packs or strays she doesn't know. She is very shy and well behaved she stays close to her mum and siblings.
Fears: Loosing her family and being alone.
Likes: Fluffy thing, to watch others fly in the wind and to explore human things that still stand.
Dislikes: Wolves she doesn't know, the dark, other species.





Short Story (no more than 500 words): Destiny was born on a beautiful summers night, with light rain falling but the sun still out. She curled up in the long grass huddling it close to her, sniffing it with a soft little nose. Destiny grew fast learning quickly from her mum and dad. Always loving to be the center of the action. To her brothers she was pain but her parents thought she was a sweetheart. One night Destiny was walking after getting in trouble for what seemed like the first time. She saw her brother (insert name) sitting by himself and went to talk to him. He shewed her off saying, "What you come over here to glote like always." She huffed and sat next to him answering, 'No and I don't glote...ugh I just got in trouble." Her brother gasped and she pushed him over. "I'm...not....kidding....and....I.." she said between sobs, but stopped short of what she wanted to say. Her brother grinned and got up, "You are such a scaredy cat and wiener. Your not as brave as you prove to be." She growled and got up,"yes I am." "No your not." "Yes." "No" "Yes." Finally her brother stopped and looked over at the dark forest on the other side of the territory, "I bet you can't go over there pick a leaf from the forest and run back." She hesitated but finally said, "Okay..Ill do it." Her brother stepped out of the way and motioned toward the other side of the territory. She quickly shivered herself over to the other side of the territory.
She grabbed a leaf and was about to leave when she heard a wining from inside the leaves. She grinned this would show him. So she scurried into the leaves whispering around, "Anyone there? Do you need help?" She then felt her tail get jerked up behind her and she yelled as loud as she could. It was a strange creature with white eyes and 5 rows of teeth. She yelled again and heard people running from behind the leave. She yelled, "Hel..." she was cut off by the creature saying with a deep voice, "Stop it before I end you now." SO she stopped but then felt herself flying into the air, then hitting the ground suddenly.
