Rules
■ No art theft will be tolerate. Do not steal the idea, the lineart, or the adopts. It's unfair for everyone but yourself. You will be banned if you steal so much as a hair from an IME.
■ You can take them offsite, just remember to credit Mimi911 [me] for the idea, and whomever the artist may be. Do not, however, reupload to sites such as deviantart, photobucket or otherwise.
■ You are only allowed a total of 7 Iron Mask Equids, at this time. You may only enter for an IME if you are currently not entering for another one. As in, if you are already trying out for one, you can't go for another one.
■ Do not pester as to when a new Iron Mask Equid will be released. Artists have their own lives aside from CS. They will be released when an artist has some time spare or has an idea for one. Also, do not pester for judging. Generally, we won't post that 'we are judging'. We'll just tell you when we're done.
■ Do not minimod.
■ Customs may never be available, due to the species itself. Since this has restrictions on the design, a lot of customs won't meet that. Sorry, but you will just have to adopt normally.
Species info
■ Species :: Horse
■ Has a stocky build; slightly thicker legs, body, etc. Generally extremely strong in comparison to everyday horses. Since its so strong, you may ride them, if they give you 'consent'. May have trouble with the wilder IME.
■ Has a short, bob type tail, that grows no more than six inches. It's mane is short and rugged; they are seldom found with a long mane as the fires of Hell in which they supposedly live burns of anything that long.
■ In place of a face, they have a mask of iron, hence their name. This mask is not removable, for the equid has no face underneath the mask. And so, if one were to remove it, nothing would be there.
■ All coats of the IME are natural. Whether it be roan or pinto, each you can find on a real horse. Also, the mask can be any colour, though are generally a shade of grey. It is rare for them to be white or gold.
Habitat
■ The Iron Mask Equid has had several theories of where it lives, but each of theorists are unsure as to whether they were right or not. The most often one that reoccurs is that the IME live in Hell. This is very suiting, considering the mask, the stocky build and short mane and tail. They are considered to be demons themselves. However, from secret sources, it has been found that they live in a part near Hell, though not quite in it. It lives in a valley, at the lowest part of the earth, in caves in the hillsides. Their world is hidden from pryin g eyes due to the high temperature they live in, causing the iron to melt to their face. Fires continuously ravage the valley, though it doesn't bother the IME.
