[RANT] yeah, so this is pretty much my primary emotion today I feel like the things are against me right now. trying to find a place to live and apartments wont accept my dogs, renting a house is ridiculously expensive, wont allow pets, or was "just rented". cant apply for a loan because i havent had credit long enough and i cant put $10,000 towards a downpayment. Rural developement offers loans for lower income families, but we are over the maximum income by like, $5,000

so cant do apartment
cant rent house
cant get a regular loan because we dont make enough but..
cant get RD loan because we make too much

my fiance's adopted grandfather gave us enough money for a downpayment on a loan. we are getting a house
