Personality
Frosty is a super happy-go-lucky rat, and can rarely be put down, or sad. He loves to play and be happy. Though, when it's not winter, he can seem less peppy than usual, though he's still bouncy and joyful. The only time he's sad, is when he's feeling a little "melted".

Quirks
He smiles to much and sometimes feels as if his face has frozen.
He also has a knack for making paper snow flakes, and loves to make them for his friends, reminding them of the joys of winter.

Why Do You Want To Adopt?
Because he's just so adorable. ;3; <3 I always loved making snowmen when I was younger, and he'd just make me smile and think of when it snowed where I live. His carrot nose and top hat are just so adorable, and make him so unique. <3

What Do You Plan On Doing With Your Rat?
I plan to love him, and give him the best care I can. I also plan to use him in a story soon, with a few other rat characters I have, he'd fit the bill perfectly for a strange and friendly comrade.

If you feel you can no longer care for your Rat, will you return it here to find a new home?
I would, but, heh, I doubt I'll forget him, I love him already. ;3; But, if it just so happens I do, well, I will; he'd find a better home. But again, I don't plan to let that happen so easily. <3
