Why do you want to adopt? I want to increase my ratty family and this rat won my heart. I think her color scheme fits perfectly with the idea of controlling water drops. The blue markings flow very well around her body, just like water flowing in nature. I really liked her design, features and powers to create a story (hopefully comic in the future) involving my other ratties. I really like her double ears and the ring-like mutation on her tail, I think of them as extensions of her power. The rings and dots pattern in her tail and ears make more interesting the design, a very nice addition
Rat Name: Kia (inspired in one of my favorite tv shows Avatar the Last Airbender: Kia is a hero :3 and in the legend of Korra another Kia is a water bender)
Personality(Likes, dislikes, how they react to people, other rats, etc.): Kia is a wild rat. She was born in a beautiful forest near a pond in a duck's nest. She is a free creature, roaming through the forest helping other with her powers (how she came to know how she had powers will be described below ^^) She's very calm and quiet, but around water She can turn very wild and have fun surfing or diving. she can easily find water sources like rivers, ponds, swamps, lakes; and she can feel the water underground and the running water in trees and plants. She loves staying beneath the pouring rain (but not in storms, though, she dislikes strong sounds as thunder because they sound worst when you have double ears). She doesn't like human beings at all, but she relates very well to any other creature.
Quirks(Little things like "Enjoys sleeping on her back", "Loves hoarding candy wrappers", etc.): loves dew drops in the morning and rain, she collects water "souvenirs" and curiosities such as shells, smoothed pebbles, raw gold little beads and weird colored/shaped rocks. She enjoys birdsongs ( something I've made common for all my adopted ratties). She likes spending her time helping the forest habitants. Her favorite food is wild blueberries she finds in the forest, accompanied with her favorite drink: fresh cold water
What do you plan on doing with your rat(Roleplay, Make art of, Hoard art of, etc.)? art, art, art and complete her story. I want to make a fantasy, tale for her and I would like to involve my other CSR rats in an adventure. I would like a comic of this in a feature to practice my art.

Kia didn't spect such a storm after the lovely sunshine she enjoyed in the morning. She was fascinated by the song a bluejay was singing on a branch near her hoarding cave, just inside the shallow creek she had found her most valuable treasures: a dark blue rock and a gold bead big enough for her to squeeze in her tail ring. She didn't know why she was born with it, but she felt it was useful for picking up things and occasionally making bubbles from water and a sticky substance as frog skin protection liquid. She was even more pleased when small drops started to fall in her head, but the drizzle quickly turned in to a heavy rain. She thought how in her whole life had she ever seen such gray and dark clouds. Distant roaring of thunder made her un easy and she decided she should be moving away from the storm. She was not going into the cave, for the water might rise to complete flow her shelter. She didn't worry about her treasures off course, because even if the cave was full with water, her things were safe inside a spider silk net attached safely to the cave's wall. The water was getting harder and harder, her fur was plastered to her sides as she ran, except for her blue flowing tattoos, which seemed to stay always dry, always a mystery. Uphill was the best option to avoid getting carried away by massive floods that even Kia couldn't swim through. She quickly reached a rocky small cliff. She scanned and saw an opening wide enough to hold 4 rats,almost reaching the cliff's top so she started to climb. The water droplets Kia felt we're bigger each time, but she made it quickly to the place: it was a not very deep cave, so light got inside pretty well. But it was not her eyes but her double ears that first spotted the groaning lump at the back of the cave. She cautiously got closer and recognized a sparrow covered in a brown old traveling cape.
-"hello?" Kia said. She just heard a groan in response. She got closer and closer until she could recognize what the little bird was saying,"water". She saw he was shivering and probably was hurt, but before she asked he said more intently "water!" She decided water would be easy to get, so she could help him afterwards. A small srub was growing near the cave's entrance. She quickly took one and thought about she would collect the liquid. If she held the leaf just like that, the water was falling so fast and the droplets were so big she knew the water would just splah against the leaf, maybe even snatch the leaf off her hands. Maybe if she held her tail and held it straight upwards, so after would collect and slip towards her, she just had to held the leaf at the base of her tail so the water would collect there. She decided it would probably work, so she turned and put her tail as she pictured it. Water should have dripped by now, but she couldn't feel anything. She turned her head and definitely no water was running from her tail, instead a tiny droplet was suspended in the middle from her tail ring! She shaked her tail slightly but the droplet was still there. She began to walk towards the sparrow, she knelt beside him bringing closer her tail. The sparrow drank from the droplet, not a fraction of it spilled beneath them. The sparrow seemed to recover miraculously, he got to his feet and said " thank you young rat. I believe your powers have just reveled to you. Your journey shall begin"
NB:She will be able to control drops from her paws too, but later when she gets more practice and she is a bit older. I will finish her story involving Nicodemus and Nepheleine if I win this ratty ^^ thanks for the opportunity Sketchy, good luck to all!
