What are They?
Bolt cats are a feline-dragon mixture that control the power of lightning. They can shoot lightning from their main spines (Big tail and head). They are about the size of a shetland pony, and live about 50 years. They cannot fly, but they can glide on large bolts of lightning at incredible speeds. They were just recently domesticated, so they might be a little hard to handle for the first-time pet owner. Instead of fur, they have smooth, almost slimy skin, and spines running down their back and tail. They breed once a month, and their young are about the size of a beagle.
Adoption Process
An artist will required to post a new Bolt Cat every week, unless they notify me for other reasons. On the adoption will be a form that consists of at least these three things; name, gender, and if you want it to be breedable. The artist of the cat can add more things to the form, but they must have those three things on the form. A judging day will be set, and once the day has come, the artist will decide who will get to own the cat. You can only have 14 cats at a time, 7 adults and 7 babies.

Customs open about once a month, and I take three customs at a time. For the first two openings, they will be free, but after that, they will cost one wishlist pet. Currently customs are OPEN. Form for customs:
Breeding will open once we have six adopted cats. Breeding will also cost one wishlist pet per kitten, and your cat can only breed four times (three for voltage cats). Form for breeding:
