wow for a beginner that is great it has quite good anatomy and is in proportion you can tell what t is and its in the lines its pretty good and looks really cute !
you said you waned some tips i have some below for you if you want any help at all just pm me i am happy to help!
you can tell when you use fill effect it leaves a white rim either colour round or just dont use the fill it looks like you hhave not put effort in if you want to enter competitions.
using layers helps if you dont already leave the first layer blank colour on the next and do the lines on the top so your colour does not go over them.
to get less wobbly lines try using smoother at the bootom bar on the brush thickness panel slide it up and check the results also zooming in makes any little wobbles smaller so they are not noticeable if you have trouble using the smoother.
then add some shading think where the light is under the tummy should be dark and one side of the legs under the mane around the nostril under the mouth under the middle of the head.
