IS NOW WORKING <3 THANKS WACOM.
No more "Happy" for me.
Nothing is going well, I was lucky at first, now everything is turning around.

I have a Wacom CTL 460 Pen Tablet.

I hate when I cant draw.
Why do you think I am on the computer ALWAYS.
I get into alot of trouble, I draw constantly in class.
It is really not working if you told me something that is other than buying a new tablet because I have no funds I would give you a FREE COMMISSION. I would also make you a design as well!
I might even pay you Deviant Points or CS pets, or CS items because I would be such in a good mood because of you.

I haven't yet fixed my tablet, but every time I try to draw or use it for... ANYTHING the only areas that work are the configuration corners!

take it in to the Geek Squad or the Nerd Corner or whatever those people are called. they can fix just about anything! they fixed my DSi and my parents' computer. i think they're in best buy or something...let me google them real quick and i'll edit this later :3
