So, I know Marble Cats live on earth, but my mind got creative. >w<
So this is the place he visits each time he dreams. He loves it here, because nobody is scared of him, and the goop glows, just as his eyes do.
Here's a WIP picture, so you can see his markings better >w< I put them all there, but they are kinda hard to see.
