Welcome to Scarf Blob Adopts, based off the species made by Smoshen!

What is a Scarf Blob?~
A Scarf Blob is a fluffy animal with no arms, no visible feet, and black eyes. Scarf Blobs must always wear a scarf, collar, or bandana, otherwise they will get cold and die, even if it is 100 degress outside. Scarf Blobs are only as tall as half of a human's shin, making them one of the cutest and most carried around pet. Scarf Blobs can eat anything, and usually only have one or two babies in a litter. They are extremly fluffy, and if you shave them, then the will die of being too cold.

Other Info/FAQ~
Scarf Blobs get their scarfs, collars, or bandanas magically when they are born, and never change them.
Scarf Blobs have hole-like ears and no tails.

General Rules~

~Do not use these lines for anything else, for they belong to the amazing Apple
~No whining, bragging, complaining, sulking, spamming, or fighting. Each will receive a warning
~Five warnings may be given before you are removed from this thread (subject to change)
~Bribing artists will result in a warning
~You may own five Scarf Blobs (subject to change)
~Artist slots are open, but once they close they may stay that way for a very long time.

Artist Rules~
~You may make up to two Scarf Blobs a day. If you are given permission, you may make a third, but that is it.
~No making Scarf Blobs labeled as 'rare' or 'special'
~If four of your Scarf Blobs are unadopted, do not make any more
~You may make unlimited premade Scarf Blobs, customs and two for yourself (subject to change)

Guest Artist Rules~
~Do not attempt to make any Scarf Blobs until you have been approved by LittleKitty and only LittleKitty. You will receive a PM
~Do not whine or brag about not being/being a GA. It's rude and unconsiderate
~Guest Artists may make two premade Scarf Blobs, and one custom for yourself (subject to change)
~Guest Artist slots are not first come first serve
~Guest Artists have a week to make their Scarf Blobs. PM me if you need longer for some reason. If I dub it unappropriate, then you will be removed from your slot

How Do I Adopt?~
It's simple. Just click on any Scarf Blob that says ADOPT ME! on its picture, fill out the artist's form, and hope you get chosen! Artists can choose from many types of forms: First come first serve, pick a number, name and gender, or the traditional type. Please fill out all the components unless told one is optional.
