What's this, Moonbears? What's so special about them?
Moonbears are tiny, fluffy bears with a squirrel-like tail and small, round ears; they're about the size of a football. They have sticky paw pads, and like to stick to ceilings, trees and sometimes each other. Moonbears are very inquisitive and adventurous; sticking their sharp, quivering noses everywhere. They live in families of up to 6 Moonbears.

- Absolutely NO ART THEFT, whether it's copying a design, tracing the lines, stealing the species or any of my ideas for them, using a Moonbear without permission or anything else you think would be art theft, just don't do it.
- Spam, complaining, harrassing or being rude is definitely not tolerated.
- You can only own 5 Moonbears, the limit may be raised/lowered in the future.
- There will be no custom Moonbears available unless you are staff, so do not ask for one.
- Do not mini-mod. If it's really serious and no staff are online to take care of it, use the "report" button.
- Any bribing or trying to get better chances will result in having all your Moonbears taken away and being banned from the adopts.
- Treat each other respectfully. Don't be a bad sport if you don't win a Moonbear, you will get a warning.
- If you for any reasons no longer wish to care for your Moonbears, PM the artist and me and we will sort it out.
- Take care of your Moonbear. If you forget it, we will take it away from you without a warning.
- Listen to the staff at all times.
- If a name is already taken, do not use it.
- If any of the rules are not followed, there will be consequences.
How to adopt a Moonbear
To adopt a Moonbear, all you have to do is pick the one you like best, click on its page and fill out the requirements to try and win it. Only the ones with an "Adopt me" sign on it are available. The requirements can be all sorts of things; raffles, pick a number, pick a name, draw it, write a story etc.
Further info on Moonbears
- Moonbears have sticky paw pads, which are kind of like jelly.
- Moonbears grow with their habitat. If a Moonbear lived in a tiny cage, it would only grow to fit comfortably into the space provided; Moonbears that live in the wild are generally larger than pet Moonbears.
- Moonbears breed once every year, at the end of winter when they are settled down in their dens, and full of food they stocked up in autumn.
- A litter can have up to 4 cubs, and very rarely 1; the most common amount is 2.
- Moonbears like all sorts of nuts, seeds and fruit.
- Moonbears are very rarely shy, they love adventures and exploring the world.
- Moonbears can have any variety of colour combinations, but a plain one colour design and green eyes are rare; the eyes are mostly blue or brown, and they have around 4-5 colours.
- Moonbears have a very different heart to other animals; the heart pumps blood in and out of whatever body part needs it, so they don't get blood rushes when they're walking on the ceiling.
- Moonbears have really blunt teeth, but strong molars with which they break nuts open.
- Moonbears mate for life.
- Moonbears sometimes choose to live with humans, and grow into pet habits.
- Moonbears that are tamed can wear any kinds of accessories.

Guest Artists
Guest Artist slots will open on every Friday, you will be able to apply over the weekend. You can not be guest artist two times in a row, but you can try out for someone else. Guest artists can make 2 Moonbears at the most, over a period of 1 week. If you have been Guest Artist, I might ask you to be an official artist. Stick to the guidelines, and please don't make rares or line-edits; you can not make a custom either. Don't use eye-blinding colours, or lots of gloom; be creative and enjoy making the designs!

Please only make 2 adopts at a time, we don't want them overflowing with adopts.
You can decide whether it's tamed or wild.
Only tamed can have accessories.
There is currently no limit to runner-ups, but be sensible.
Stick to the guidelines I gave about designs in further info.
Only make rare things [green eyes, one colour, lineart edits] about every 20th adopt or so.
