There is a layer that says "Competition banner" in order to use these line for the base in a competition, you must have this layer up and visible.
What I mean by make another base is, submit this into 'Colored In' oekaki only (if not competitions). Other people are not allowed to color in your picture.
This image does have Lock Alpha, and 2 back ground options. (Grass and Abstract. The grass BG has a foreground also.) There are chibi wing add-ons and adjustable shading/lighting, too!
