Yeah, I have a new pony character!
Her name is Neon Rave, but her friends call her Neyo c:
She was the one who originally helped Rhapsody get her cutie mark, so... Yeah!

Anyways, this took much longer then I expected it to! The mane and the tail were the hardest to get done, because the stupid glow wasn't working >:U But yeah, her mane & tail glow xD I may go back and fix the mane later since it looks really sloppy, but I'm tired of drawing for now xD

Anyways, tell me what you think!
