Omigosh, creepiness.

I was bored, so I decided to make a story.

I wanted to draw a Mew.

But it gone wrong, and I got frustrated.

So it turned psycho and evil. And I dubbed him Mew Glitch thou Second.

He likes ribbons.

P.S. Mew is a trademark of Pokemon.

If you know those Pokemon Creepypastas, you would know this Mew. XD
