I got a Doctor Whooves tee today, and felt inspired to draw him. Then I figured, why not draw all of the doctors as ponies?

Well, this is the First Doctor. c: He smoked a pipe. It's pretty intense. The design is my own, albiet somewhat inspired by another artist's version of him.
