What are Thalhers?
Thalhers are dragon based creatures that take feriocity to a whole new level. They are not very large in the Chibi Variation, but that does not make them any less the beast of a creature they were created to be. Thalhers are renown for being violent, hard to work with, highly aggressive, fearless, and loyal. They are usually sadistic and enjoy violence, quick to take offense and even quicker to start a fight.
Thalhers can speak in choppy fragmented sentences to their bonded and to each other. To all else they speak in growls, snarls, whimpers, they are pack animals and communicate much like wolves. They are highly intelligent animals, they just don't have the communication skills to form complete sentences. To put this in perspective, think of a 3 year old speaking, they understand what they want and are trying to say, it just doesn't come out as well. They communicate telepathically with each other and their human counterpart, but they prefer to use more natural sounds than telepathy.
Chibi Thalhers are small, the smallest of the species in fact. Thalhers come in three sizes: Fighter (Draft horse sized), Pet (Great dane sized), and Chibi (Chihuahua sized). They have long slender legs, as they were designed originally to be fast runners, and are well laced with muscle under their short silk furred hides. The plates on their faces are used for protection, as they have keen eye sight they need to protect their eyes as much as possible during mating fights. The spikes on their faces and hips are used for both protection and fighting. With the up and outward spikes on their hips it makes it impossible for anything to attack them from behind, making their adversary come from the front or the sides which puts them in clear view of the defending Thalher.
They have no preference at all to whom they bond with, so long as there is food before them the second they hatch. Unless food is shoved in their noses as they hatch they will attack whatever its claws latch into first. Another thing about bonding with a Thalher, they instinctively know their own names. Their names always in in -ah, Leetah, Byrah, Carminah, Deviah. And normally that will be the very first thing they ever say to their human bond.
~ DO NOT ever even try to claim the species, the line art, or the designs.
~ DO NOT take a Thalher that isn't yours. They do not appreciate that as they bond very tightly with their human and will not tolerate being taken away.
~ Don't bother trying to bribe the artists for one.
~ Don't complain if you don't get the Thalher you want, there will be more.
~ You may not adopt more than one Thalher. They do not allow others to bond to their human.
~ Post bonding forms on the individual Thalher pages, not here.
~ You may use your Thalhers as you wish, in your signature, in RP's, in stories (please share stories, I'd like to see what you guys come up with involving these little critters).
~ Do not remove from the CS website.
~ Please be kind and show respect to the other users and artists on this thread. Any arguing will be reported as spam!
