I hope this won't come off as mean but for starters, maybe move his eye back? If you looked at him from head-on he seems like his eyes would have nearly no space between them. And the indent above his nose seems terribly sharp.
Possibly seperate his shoulders from his neck as well? The shoulders almost seem like they're all hunched up.
