The Story So Far

It started as a normal sickness. Hospitals began to fill with patients in general area, then from the countryside. Within the first day, only two were reported sick. The second day carried two hundred infected persons, and fifty dead. On the third day, one thousand citizens were in the hospital with the disease. Nearly half that many dead. Then, on the fourth day, it spread to the countryside, bringing down twelve thousand sick and five thousand dead.

That's when they started walking. The little island of Paradise was completely shut down, nearly two thirds of the population sick, one forth dead, and only a sixth of us not walking flesh eating monsters. The Government came and shot down all infected they could get to, but even then, it was not enough.

There is no way to escape, no way to leave. All we do now, is shoot every last God condemned zombie we see, and survive as long as possible.

The Infected

Walkers:
These are the normal zombies. Usually, they just walk around and eat people. The hungrier they are, the faster they are. Usually, they travel in packs, and are more indigenous to the city and crowded places. Their bites make you sick but don't always kill you, if they don't eat you first.
Infectors:
These zombies are almost exactly like Walkers, except they sport large, gaping jaws. These zombies always run, and are often seen staring into space. Unlike usual zombies, they seem completely human...until they bite you. Only one bite or claw from these suckers turns you into an undead freak.
Retchers:
These zombies are very...smelly. Their scent is a natural attractant to Walkers, and although all they can do is shriek and slash, they tend to retch their foul scent all over you.
Stunners:
These zombies are very dangerous. Although they're blind, they can scent you up to a mile away, and feel your heartbeat. If you look into their eyes, you'll be paralyzed as they reach up to 'hug' you, then rip out your jugular and stab your heart with giant claws.
Runners:
The most dangerous zombies. These are very smart and travel alone. They can climb, speak limitedly, and learn like dogs. They don't eat you; instead, they tear your heart out of your chest. These are the only types of zombies that can truly be cured, as they heal normally.
