This is a new character, who I have name Cicero Vincenzo. I adopted him from here.

I'm pretty proud of this picture, though any tips (Especially on shading!) would be nice. ^^ Oh, and does he look like he could be around 10?

Was going to do shading but I liked the way it looks without it. :L Silly shading.
