Hi there,
What a beautiful picture! It really looks great! I love the way you colored it and the anatomy is really good, too. First of all the wings, they are always hard to draw and they look perfect fitting here. And the best of all: the atmosphare. I hope the commissioner is happy with that, I defenitly would be^^
