A new breed that was just discovered by me. The crag wolf is so named because of their rough pads and long tail, they live near steep and rocky cliffs. Mainly those with waterfalls nearby. They have large eyes to be able to easily see in the dark as compensation for their small noses. The crag wolf's ears are specialized to block out water spray from the waterfall while still being able to hear from as far as 3 miles away. Crag wolves can live up to an average of 36 years old.
Males have tufts of fur on their legs and a bushier backside, the bushier the rear, the more attractive to females during breeding time. The females have an extra bush of fur at the tip of the tail, more underbelly fur and a long strand of fur on the right side of their face. Crag wolves breed between March and April and have a litter of 1 - 4 pups.
There are sage Crag Wolves which are larger than normal Crag Wolves. Sage Crag Wolves range from 9'8" - 13'5" long and 60 - 72 inches tall. Sage Crag Wolves don't have extra fur or tufts that verify which gender they are as they are not able to mate or breed. The sages have an ability to see the future, see in another Crag Wolf's eyes, and see in another animal's eyes (but rarely)
