It's meant to be an otter, but I just need somebody to redline and stuff so I can sort out the anatomy.
THE HEADS ARE SO FREAKING HARD TO DRAW. T__T
In fact, otters are impossible creatures to draw, despite their sheer awesomeness and the fact that one of my charries is one.

So, anybody?

You've got the basic anatomy shape, though maybe make the body a bit fuller, and the legs should have more structure /muscle. The head is good, maybe make the head rounder and snout shorter? C:

It's the head I'm having the most trouble with, because otter heads are just plain awkward.

I'm trying to convert my narwhal fursona into an otter.
It's not easy D: I might try making it an otter with a narwhal horn. Actually, scratch that, it'd look bad.
One tip: Even though you didn't draw a nose on this otter, otters normally have large noses. Just a friendly tip.
