I just want everyone to know that I draw all my art ON THE COMPUTER! I know it's REALLY not that good, All I'm asking for is advice.

coolio! but maybe you should make the lines a bit thinner, and practice more on shading and stuffs

Try using multiple layers. I can see that you only used a few, and colored by using the bucket tool
