You car pulls down a gravelly driveway and up to a large estate. Large paddocks line the driveway and willow trees can be found in some of the pastures. You pass a group of lovely mares grazing in a paddock. A mare runs with her foal in another pasture. It seems peaceful here at Willow Grove Stables. You finally pul up to a large stone mansion, the stables are off to the right. You are here to adopt a horse, just which one?

Looking to adopt a horse of your very own?


All adoptions are free and can be found here. Horses will randomly appear up for adoption. There are three methods that can decide how the horse is adopted out. This depends on what the I choose for the individual horse. I will choose when I stop accepting forms for the horse(s). If you no longer want a horse, it will be returned to here to be adopted out again, you may not sell your horse, you can only return them back to WGS.

Breeding is done for the fun of it. For some because they want more horses, for others to get the desired look. Breeding is completely free! You can breed your horses or breed another horse with your own. If that is the case, you need permission from the other horse's owner.

Leo is a brave and curious stallion, but at times his brave curiosity can get him into trouble. He is a sweetheart and loves being around humans. He does not get along well with other stallions, although mares are fine. He doesn't enjoy staying in his stall for long periods of time and he loves to run. He is very upbeat and isn't very quiet. He loves company and get impatient and subborn when left alone for long periods of time.
Horse's History:
A pregnant mare was left in a small pasture, tied to a pole. She was starved, beaten, abused. Then she was just forgotten. Finally, Leo was born. His world consisted of his weak mother, who was tied to a pole, and the small pasture they were kept in. The owner came back and for the first time, he saw the newborn foal. The owner laughed and he beat them both. At last, his mother could not take it anymore, she collapsed. Leo nudged his mother, hoping for a response. There was none. He was alone. He was alone in his small pasture. Winter came and it rained, the hard packed ground turned to mud. Mud caked his legs, his back, his head. Summer came and the mud had remained. Flies buzzed around him, but he was too weak to do anything about it.

The owner never came back since the day Leo's mother died. A lady came to the barbed fence of pasture and gasped seeing the condition of the remaining horse; Leo. She opened the gate and Leo shied away, his ears pinned back. The lady slowly approached and patted the horse's neck. The horse looked like a chestnut, with all the mud coated him. The lady put a halter on Leo and evacuated the horse immediately. She took him to Willow Grove Stables where he was groomed. He was discovered to be a lovely blue roan. After he was fed and vaccinated, he was put up for adoption where a young woman adopted him.
