Mafia!Shamissia-Hetalia OC

Because I'm too lazy to add a background...
Well, this is my Hetalia OC, Shamissia. She was entirely based off of a project of where I had to make my own country and thus I personified the country as well. :3
She's kind of psycho *coughreasonwhyshegetsalongwithRussiacough* and her brothers are Germany and Prussia. xD In a past life she had a mafia running the country sense the government itself was too weak. Now she's less of a psycho path and stuff. xD
