This is Kachi...But a sketchy Kachi...He's Skechi Kachi!
So anyway, I was practicing sketchiness, and this picture looks much better WITH all the red lines, so I kept them there. :3
This would be the scene from the comic with Kachi and Katrina - A Cotton Tale.
I'm considering making the comic on CS. ^.^
