Any tips would be much appreciated. I understand anatomy and can draw them just fine on paper, but not the computer.

try using the smooth button at about 73% percent to make cleaner lines.(:

@ Niffz Thanks, I know the head's too small, but when I tried to fix it, I ended up making it worse.
