I love it! Maybe you could add some shading with the blending tool...and smooth out the lines. I'm not the best artist on the computer, but I'd say you're pretty good!

To improve I'd try shading and fur detail otherwise I'm not a expert on horses, but the anatomy looks pretty good.

Not intermediate advice is add shading use alpha lock, thinner brush color the whole horse in and the eyes could be repositioned to the right a bit. But the anatomy is really nice all you really need to do it touch it up and u could get featured!

Hmm the Only thing I can think of is to make the jaw a bit wider, and/or move it a bit closer to the mouth, maybe make the top of the back leg rounder/thicker. Other than that it's perfect!
