Wild Otterfly #1 - Sinatra

Postby maluruloki » Tue Feb 07, 2012 6:01 pm

The Wild Otterfly (Lontra Anisoptera)

Recently discovered, the Otterfly (part otter, part dragonfly) is a mysterious and shy creature. More is being discovered about them daily.

--------------------
This is Sinatra, my male mahogany Wild Otterfly; his dragonfly wings are based off the Widow Skimmer dragonfly.

Please constructively critique and if you're interested in the species, let me know in your post! :)

Because an Otter is basically a bulkier ferret, less fluffy more streamlined.

On that note, it should be bulkier, less fluffy and more streamlined short fur
but yes I want one ono

Gleeky-Cheeze: Yes, they are related, otters and ferrets. :)

NotMe: Well, here's the best part! I posted this picture in the wrong forum (meant to post in Created Pets), so you'll most likely see another Otterfly in Created Pets with your suggestions taken in mind. Considering that the Otterfly needs to be light enough to glide, my theory about making it look not as bulky came from the idea of a skeletal structure with low-density bones.
