Welcome to Diversity Designs! This is a special character design shop. Here, we differ from the normal route, and specialize in less common species that deserve more attention than they get. So, if you are wanting a wolf, dog, or average cat charrie, this is not probably not the shop for you. However, if you're looking for something totally unique, then this is the place for you! Here you'll find all sorts of original designs and unusual species. So please, take a look around and see if there's anything here that catches your eye.

With the exception of Art Theft, which will result in a instant perma-ban, we will be using a strike system; 3 infractions and you're out for 2 weeks; another 1 will result in a 1 month ban, and any more after that and you will be permanantly banned from the thread.

~Please Keep Spam to a minimum. Do not ask when new designs will be realeased, custom slots open etc. I and/or other artists will announce these things.
~You may not take credit for any designs purchased here. Full credit must be given to the artist(s)
~No complaining about any prices. The art takes time and effort, and if you're not willing to pay then don't buy.
~DO NOT, under any circumstances, use any designs here that do not belong to you. This is art theft, and you will be immediatly banned from this thread and reported.
You may NOT re-sell any designs purchased here. If you no longer want a design, please return it here, or, you may donate it to a free character rescue center.
You can order as a gift for a friend. However, if you do this, you must say so and also who it is you are ordering for in your form under "other".

What do you mean by "uncommon" species?
By uncommon species, I mean species that are not seen all that often as characters and fursonas here on CS. This means that there is unlikely to be many canines, felines or horses, though there may be the occasional less used breed/species.
How do the Prices Work?
Pre-mades are mostly FREE, though there may be the rare auction or whatnot. Custom prices are different for every design and service, but they should be affordable to most CSians. It all depends on the individual thing, so make sure to check!
When will new designs be released?
When I or any other artists I hire feel like it.
Can I Be an artist?
If I am hiring, and I like your work, then you may be able to yes.
How Do I Get A Design?
The instructions for purchase will be on the oekaki page for the design.
Can I order custom art of my fursona or character here?
No you may not. This is only a design shop, not an art shop.

Payment
This depends on the individual artist and the the order, but it will normaly range from multiple wishlist uncommons to a few rares or a very rare, depending on how complicated or difficult the order is. I love any exotic hoofed animals like giraffes and okapis. Hippos make me laugh and so do walruses CX I LOVE whales too hehehe

I love the combonation of purple and Grey. Pink and brown look nice together and any pale colors work! I love yellow and orange together cause its like a mango c:

Why you would like to work here: I would like to work here because I like the idea behind it. There are already so many wolf and cat characters out there, it's nice and refreshing to see a place that's creating designs for animals that don't get as much attention. It reminds me of Bright is Better and Dark is Delightful. Also, I think doing designs for Diversity Designs will help me grow as an artist and improve my skills in drawing and designing.

I understand if you don't accept me. I'm sure you'll have lots of artists better than me apply.
