This is just a drawing of a, well, i dont really know. I guess its part Meremaid,wolf and a Angler. Its not the greatest but its my best one that ive ever drawn online

I have a suggestion; Don't use the paint, it makes your picture look bad.

Moonler, that was very rude. Their picture DOES NOT look bad, and you had no motivation to say that. Anywho, I think that, yes, you should use layers instead, but I like it. It's cute!

You should use layers, but all art is unique so do whatever suits you.
