OOhhh, boy, I hope I did everything right... ^^;; Never done an editable before, so sorry if there are mistakes!
Made after people started asking about an adoptable/editable version of this.
I redraw the lines, and I think it turned out nicer than my original one.
Don't use in contests or for adoptables.
Don't use outside of CS.
Please don't claim as your own.
Please don't change the lines too much.

You can use it in your signature.
INCLUDES:

A little help if you want to use it as a signature:
For transparent backround: delete the first/BG layer & save it-> go to the finished drawing -> copy image link (I will use the border collie version above to demonstrate) -> Then change auto in the link to png: from this "(first part of link left off) image.php?id=843058&size=large&format=auto&rev=2 to this "...image.php?id=843058&size=large&format=png&rev=2". This will give it a transparent BG, but only if you deleted the first layer!
To resize: rewrite the large part (image/image.php?id=843058&size=large&format=auto&rev=2) of the link to medium or small. Medium will give you the size the border collie is in this post, small will get you this:
