@Orbe - Thank you for your input. Next time I'll subdue the colours a bit, it looked purple in the picture. And unfortunately no, backgrounds and I do mix very well and I wouldn't be able to keep to the standard of the rest of the picture.

Okay. Backgrounds don't work for me either.
Or for the purple add hints of color throughout the whole drawing so it looks more integrated into the piece.
