I can't remember her from anywhere....
Which Jennifer? Jennifer Lucas from the 'ganger episodes has apparently been in every British show ever, so my family recognised her, and Jenny the Victorian crime-fighting samurai from A Good Man Goes To War has not been in too much. She's meant to be a new character that you don't know, like the other background characters (except that two of them are played by people who have played characters of their species before because Sontarans are clones and reptiles all look the same, and we've seen Dorian the blue guy in glimpses).
fake!edit: That wasn't Jennifer, that was Lorna Bucket (pronounced 'Bouquet'). We don't know her yet either. I don't know if we ever will, there were obviously bits of backstory with the others that had happened already without us seeing (as we have to assume always happens).
30 DAYS OF SCARF'S OPINIONS TIME :D
Day 4 - Favourite Character
What a silly question (they look like they get more different from here, so there'll be two tomorrow).
I don't know, it has to be the Doctor really. Because at all times he's the most wonderful being in the universe. He's got that free-spirit thing that so many people admire, and he's a mystery and he takes you away to fantastic places and really cares about you and showing you how magnificent the universe is. And he cares about making the universe right too, and fixing things that are unfair or cruel. He will bend the rules as far as he can for people or things he cares about. He's not afraid to sacrifice himself in the process, and he never gives up. And he goes on forever.
For me personally he gets all the lines that remind me that humanity isn't all that bad. Doctor Who is really an antidote to my misanthropy, which is wonderful.
If we're not saying the Doctor then I'm going to go with the TARDIS, because she's a mad, clunky old thing, the most consistent part of the show (that and the Doctor's relationship with her <3). You can't have one without the other, the Doctor would be lost without his box. She always takes him where they need to go :B The TARDIS is the most wonderful plot device ever, and the most iconic budget solution to a problem any TV network has ever come up with <3
