"Probly having a hangover from to much eggnog, and cookies" Jack said. Then went over to the table to get some toast, and started eating it.

Aero grumbled as she took a seat, her green eyes glaring at the jacket. The chimera suddenly uttered, "He left some minutes before you two got up." Arching an eyebrow at Jack, she sighed as she soon noticed it as well. "That's not like North, the yetis wouldn't be getting a hangover or leave their posts unattended. I should know..." she muttered, furrowing her eyebrows as she then stood up. The platinum blonde started to exit the dinning room. "I'm gonna go check up on the old man," she piped as she then disappeared around the corner.

After a bit of walking, the Avian Canis Lupis was soon knocking gently on North's office door. "North! Is something wrong? The yetis aren't at their usual posts! What's wrong?" she yelled through the door, hoping someone would answer.

North was running around his office, answering calls from yeti's he was a serious man and would never be caught freaking out over somthing, but he had to at the current moment he had to. He heard a knock on the door, "Yes" he yelled at the door, then started taking to a portal projection talking to a yeti.

"It could still happen" Jack mummered to himself, hoping it was true that would be halarious he thought.

Aero tilted her head as she twisted the knob and entered the office. "North, is everything all right? The yetis aren't at their usual guarding posts... I'm a bit worried something isn't right..." she began, her eerie green eyes blinking as she gazed towards the portal projection of a yeti.

He saw that Aero was the one that knocked, one moment dear he said, and spoke a few hushed words to the yeti. The yeti nodded and vanished. "Im sorry for that" he said, "Somthing happened last night half of the lights on the globe vanished, Pitch attacked most of the childrens dreams but not all. The yetis are gone helping defeat the nightmares that are still lurking in the shadows." "The lights are back now though" he said
"Most of the nightmares are gone gladly, but i feel it in my belly he will strike again." he told her. Another portal projection apeared beside him a yeti was blabering on about a dog that bit him, North sighed "im sorry Aero, but that's basicaly the story, im realy busy right now tell the others, and i'll yell if anything has happened that will need your guys help" he said, and faced the blabbering yeti. "ok ok....North said trying to calm him down.

snow chuckled and dusted her hands off on her pants and she noticed her jacket riped on the side.she looked at it better and saw a cut there.she sighed and remembered she ran into trees,she walked towards the door to go cleanit up.

Aero stayed silent as she watched the old Guardian, who was like a grand-father figure to her, as he spoke and explained. Giving a gentle smile, she shook her head, "Oh, no. It's fine, North." He then began to explain on how half of the light had disappeared and Pitch had attacked children's dreams. Having slight widened eyes, her expression soon returned to normal as he add that the lights were back now and most of the nightmares had gone now. Sighing in slight relief, the chimera continued to listened as he then spoke how he had been busy and would call if he need the others. Giving a simple nod, the platinum blonde slipped out as she gave a wave to North, "Bye, North."

On her way back to the dinning room, she began to realize why she's been so out of her element the past few days. Furrowing her eyebrows, she knew she should have been up on her own job to protect children's imaginations. If the dreams were affected by Pitch then a child's imagination was as well. Biting her lip, Aero suddenly began to feel a bit light headed as she thought back to how Pitch had wanted her blood. "My blood," she muttered with emerald orbs closed. Holding her left arm, where her scar was, the girl leaned her shoulder to the wall and slide down. "It's the key to killing the Guardians..." she whispered, gritting her teeth as she squeezed her arm harder, metallic liquid began to drip from her leather and shelled bracelets.
